Top   No matches found?
If you perform a search but there are no matches, possible reasons are:

You are not entering the right sort of code.
If you are testing a US Rapid Addressing Database, make sure you are searching for a zip code and not a British post code. When you search for a postal code in the main program, it knows which database to search based on the Country. In this test-area it will only search the database that you have selected.

You are not formatting the code correctly.
Some database require a correctly formatted postal code. For example, a British post code must contain a space, whereas a US zip code must not.

You are not entitled to the address information.
Your registration code (if applicable) may limit the types of addresses that you can search for. For example, only residences and not businesses.

The postal code does not have an address
Some postal codes are not in the database because they do not exist as physical addresses. For example, a postbox in a sorting office.

  Government or military addresses
Some government buildings are spread over a number of buildings but have only one postal code, in which case they may not be listed. Also, secret military bases such as those where alien autopsies are carried out are not listed.
